How do I register & where is my booking number?
- On your ticket you will see your booking number and date of attendance (see below)
- Click on the register button on the home page
- Select the Venue/Show & Date you attended Dracula's and then enter your booking number. Our systems will then search if you have entered your details correctly.
- If you entered your details correctly you will see this image:

- Press the image to continue. You will then be asked to enter your registration details. Registration details include electing a username and password as well as your contact and delivery information.
- Once you have entered these details and submitted the data you will be then directed to the login page.
- An email will be forwarded to you with your login information.
- Simply login using your username and password.

Why Can't I register?
Possible Reasons:
- You may not have entered your correct booking date or booking number. You will find these on your ticket. If you have lost your ticket please contact our Box Office.

- It may have been 30 days since you have visited Draculas. If this is the case you have missed your opportunity to purchase your photos. Draculas Photo Policy is to remove all photos 30 days after the event has occured. Draculas does this to ensure disk capacity and security of your photos is upheld.
- On weekends and public holidays you need to allow 2-3 days for the photo's to be uploaded.

How long are photos available to download?
Draculas keeps your images on file for 30 days after your visit with us. eg if you visited us on the 1st July we will automatically remove your photos and access details on the 31st July.

Are my credit card details secure & what type of cards do you accept?
Draculas does not store any of your credit card details in our database. Draculas uses the National Australia Bank Australia to process all credit card transactions on this website in a 24bit Secured Environment.
Draculas Online Payment options accept credit card types of Visa and Master card only, and transactions occur in Australian Dollars.

What is Dracula's Refund Policy & Terms and Conditions?
- We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind. If the photo(s) are faulty, incorrectly printed or in some way different from your request, we will discuss the matter with you and either supply you with a Refund or Exchange. No discussion will be entered into after 30 days post distribution date. Please save your receipt. You will need your receipt if you need to return an item.
- We will not give refunds on any photos downloaded from this site.
- In the event of a refund or exchange, the original product must be returned prior to the refund or exchange being provided.
- Dracula’s will not accept responsibility for any damage in transit. All reasonable efforts will be taken to ensure the photo(s) is appropriately packaged to eliminate damage.

Why can't I login?
Possible reasons why you cannot login:
- Please ensure you are using your correct username and password you entered when registering on this website. You will find your username and password in the email sent to you upon registration
- Due to Draculas 30 day Photo Policy your account will become in-active 30 days after you attended Draculas. If this 30 day period has expired then your account will be de-activated and you will no longer be able to login and download or purchase your photos.

When will my photos be ready for collection from the box office?
You will be notified via email once your photos are ready for collection or have been dispatched to your delivery address. Usually this occurs within 48hrs of your purchase.

DRACULAS PTY LTD and its associated companies within the Newman Entertainments Group of Companies ("Dracula's") is committed to the National Privacy Principles as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 as amended and has developed the following in accordance with this Act.

- To provide you with information relating to Draculas or promotional details about our services or products which may be of interest or benefit to you;

We cannot guarantee the information exchanged via the internet or other electronic means may not be accessed by people other than the intended party. Therefore, if you send any personal information to us via the internet or other electronic means, it is sent at your own risk of disclosure.

How do I purchase my photo(s)?
- You can view all photos available for purchase once you have registered and logged in.
- Simply select the delivery method using the drop down selector associated with your desired photo
- Then click "Add 2 Cart"
- Now that you have items in your shopping cart you can then proceed to the checkout.
- You can either click on the "Cart" or "Checkout" navigation item at the top any page.
- You will then be asked to confirm/update your delivery information. Please ensure this is correct as Draculas will not be responsible for lost mail due to incorrect data entry.
- Once you have confirmed you delivery details you will be forwarded to an order confirmation page. At this time you will see your order details as well as your delivery details.
- To then purchase your images you must click on "make credit card payment" button at the bottom of the screen.
- You will be then Forwarded to our secure NAB gateway with the National bank of Australia. It is on this page you must enter your credit card details.
- Once you have entered you details correctly you will be directed to a confirmation page, Upon this page there will be a link a the top and bottom "You must click here to return back to Draculas website"
- You MUST click this link for the bank to send the information back to our website, so that we can process your order.
- Once you have clicked the link above you will be directed to a confirmation page and issued with a confirmation email and tax invoice from the National Australia Bank. And your purchase is complete.
