WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Dracula’s is a wheelchair accessible venue, including the Mausoleum entry experience, gift shop and the theatre. Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor at the rear of the auditorium.
Should you require a reserved car space, please inform the Box Office at the time of booking by calling 1800 DRACULAS.
Unfortunately, the Ghost Train and Cocktail bar are only accessible via stairs, and as such are not wheelchair accessible.
DEAF & AUSLAN USERS
Our Box Office will work in conjunction with the group to ensure appropriate access, seating and information is provided ahead of time.
This includes, but is not limited to the following items, which will be discussed and arranged on an individual basis:
- A site visit and meeting with venue management to ensure appropriate seating and access.
- Complimentary tickets for interpreters to attend ahead of time for preparation.
- Access to scripts and song lists ahead of time. Please note, that Dracula’s is a live, variety show and there may be some variations in scripts night to night.
COMPANION CARD HOLDERS
Dracula’s proudly accepts Companion Cards for our 'Cabaret' ticket types (not valid for VIP), and will provide a complimentary equivalent ticket for the carer. Valid Tuesday to Thursday nights, pending availability. Companion Card bookings must be made over the phone and mentioned at time of booking. The valid card must be presented on arrival. Management reserves the right to alter this offer at any time.
