How do I login to the photo website and what is my booking number?
Use your booking number located on your ticket. If you do not have your ticket please contact the box office on (07) 5575 1000 or via email qldboxoffice@draculas.com.au to receive your booking number.
What if I am missing my photo order?
If you have not received your photos within 1 month please contact your local post office. We post your photos out in a large envelope which doesn't fit into a normal post box. If you are not home when Australia Post deliver this envelope, they will generally hold it at the post office for your collection.
Why do I not have the option to download my photo?
The option to download is only available for Ghost Train, Roving shots and Draculette's photos, however the option to 'print and post' is available for ALL photos.
How do I download my photo?
Once the payment has been accepted, simply click on the link we provide you and follow the prompts to save your photo to your computer. You will also receive the same link in your confirmation email.
Why can't I see my photo?
Unfortunately if one particular photo is not on the website, then it has not worked due to technical reasons and therefore there will be no photo.
If you can't see any photos at all on the website, please check back in a few days. Photos can take up to a 4 days to upload to our website.
How long will my photos be available online?
They will be online for at least 40 days, possibly longer.
Why am I experiencing payment issues?
Either your 'cart' is empty (therefore try selecting your photos again), or you will need to contact your bank.
Once payment is successful you will receive a confirmation email from Dracula's. If you have not received this email then it is highly likely your payment has not gone through.
It is Dracula's policy that we take no responsibility for lost or damaged photos. There are no refunds once an order and payment has been confirmed.
