DRACULA'S FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

Do you have an age limit?

Our Show is 15+ as it contains course language, sexual references, drug references and partial nudity. It is not only the content of the show as to why we recommend 15+ it is also the environment of the show. We are a licenced venue and frequently have groups celebrating birthdays, stag nights, hen’s nights and other special occasion that they like to enjoy.

 

Do you have Gift Vouchers?

Yes! We have a hard copy voucher or digital voucher. These can be purchased with the Box Office team over the phone or click here to purchase online.

 

I can’t make it on the night, can I have a refund or date transfer?

No. Tickets are final and non-refundable and non-transferable as stated at time of booking.

 

Do you have parking on site?

Yes, however our parking is limited as we have a small car park. 

 

Is dinner included with all tickets?

At Dracula’s we have a set banquet style menu which is included with VIP and Cabaret tickets.

 

Do you cater for all dietary requirements?

Dracula’s kitchen is proud to cater to the following dietary requirements: vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten free/celiac, dairy free, nut free and egg free. Due to the vast variety in special meal requests, we are unable to cater to other dietary requirements as we have a set banquet style menu. Please notify the Box Office at the time of booking should you any dietary requirements. 

 

Do I need to bring my ticket?

We operate on an electronic guest list. You will need to say the booking surname. However if you have booked through a third party then yes you will need to present your ticket. 

 

Can we choose our seats?

No. All seating is pre allocated and based on group sizes, mobility issues and other factors. Seating arrangements are done on the day of the performance. You can make a seating request prior to your booking date and we will do our best to allocate however requested seating is not guaranteed and we cannot provide seat locations as they are subject to change.

 

Can I sit with a separate booking?

Separate bookings will not be sat together as all seating is pre-allocated per booking. If you have a question regarding seating please contact us.

 

Do you cater for big groups?

Absolutely! We can cater for any size group, work function, birthday parties, hens or bucks nights and even divorce parties. Contact our Box Office for more information on group bookings.

 

What days are you opened?

Our normal performance schedule is Tuesday to Saturday nights. This may alter depending on the time of year.

 

Is the bar open before the show?

Our bar will be open once our main doors open for your select ticket type. 

 

What time do doors open?

  • VIP – 7pm
  • Cabaret – 7:30pm

 

How long is the show?

The show finishes between 10:15pm – 10:45pm

 

What is the dress code?

Smart attire… or just dress to kill! No board shorts, singlets or thongs please.

 

Can I order a cake?

Yes! We have a selection of cakes on our website we require minimum 3 business days’ notice if you wish to purchase a cake. Guests are welcome to bring along their on cake as long as it is not an ice cream cake.

 

My discount code isn’t working?

Please contact our Box Office before purchasing on (07) 5563 4900. Please note all discount codes must be applied at time of booking.

 

Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Please notify our box office at time of booking if you require wheelchair access. 

 

How can I apply for a job at Draculas?

If you’d like to apply for a position at Dracula’s and you have at least one year’s worth of experience in hospitality please email your cover letter, resume and a current photo to freshbloodqld@draculas.com.au

 

Does Dracula’s have visual, audio or strobe effects?

Yes. Strobe lights and atmospheric effects will be used during the performance which may not be suitable for guests with a history of vertigo, epilepsy, seizures, heart disorders and high blood pressure.

 

Are you allowed face tattoos at your venue?

Yes – we are one of the only licenced venues on the Gold Coast that will allow tattooed humans to have fun in public.

 

Can I ride the Ghost train if I am pregnant?

No. We do not recommend going on our ghost train ride if you are pregnant or have the following conditions: back problems, heart problems, claustrophobia, broken bones, etc.
