Melbourne Restaurant/General Manager
Dracula’s is Australia’s longest running and most successful Dinner Theatre. For over 31 years, this family run operation has successfully entertained over 3 million local and overseas guests, boasting a long list of restaurant, catering and business awards.
This senior management position requires applicants to have the following attributes:
1. Energy and confidence to lead a youthful, enthusiastic team
2. At least 5 years senior management experience in the hospitality industry and be able to demonstrate a work history of strong leadership skills in managing over 50 staff
3. Solid knowledge of current OHS requirements
4. Working with monthly budgets and P & L statements
5. Work in an autonomous role, liaising closely, and reporting to, Company Directors, Financial Controller and CEO
6. Passionate and customer focused with regards to food & bev, service and live performance, together with overall customer satisfaction experience
7. Direct hiring, training and scheduling of food and beverage personnel
8. Work with Chef and other personnel to plan menus and ensure efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies
9. Work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising and any special restaurant/theatre functions
10. Stock take (Inventory control) experience
11. Professional and effective approach to conflict resolution
12. High level of planning and organisational skills
13. IT and technical skills (to the level of being able to co-ordinate specialised support to the required area)
14. Oversee nightly operations

Gold Coast Wardrobe Assistant Position
Dracula’s Cabaret Restaurant requires an experienced and fully competent Wardrobe Assistant.
This position is for immediate start. Days required are Monday, Wednesday (negotiable) and Thursday. Hours starting at 18 per week and increasing to 38 during Production time from April until September.
To be successful in your application you must be fully experienced in garment construction for both men and women using industrial machines. Costume experience preferred but not essential. Duties include laundering, maintenance and construction of costumes.
