The Venue
This nightly spectacle is famous on the Coast for the hundreds of excited and delighted guests, from all over the world, lining up to sacrifice their mortal souls to Dracula’s Castle.
Nestled between Jupiter’s Casino and Pacific Fair, Dracula’s Cabaret Restaurant in Broadbeach is a Gold Coast icon. This larger than life, Gothic castle, is adorned with eccentric gargoyles and detailed features. It looks completely appropriate, to nightly see hundreds of fruit bats gliding past Dracula’s flood-lit, 8 story high turret. A genuine 6 meter surf boat sits atop the western buttress. The boat rocks back and forth boasting a crew of skeleton surf lifesavers. This boat, was in fact donated by the Newman’s to the Surfers Paradise Life Saving Club back in the 1990’s. For many years it was seen crashing though the pacific surf before it was eventually retired. It now ‘rests in peace’ on Dracula’s rooftop.
The entire exterior of the venue is adorned with sculptures of all shapes and sizes. Above the main facade are a number of genuine 17th century English sandstone carvings. These eccentric sculptures were rescued from an old English pub that was marked for demolition back in the 1970’s. Some of these examples can also be found within the grounds.
The recently extended Dracula’s castle now boasts a 600 seat auditorium. The venue also features a huge cocktail bar, and a genuine, custom-built Ghost Train.
Be prepared for a most unusual greeting as you enter the gates. Limousines and taxis enter the porte cochère dropping off guests. Others walk from nearby Broadbeach accommodation. Limited valet parking is also available on site. The entertainment begins on arrival with an eclectic group of costumed characters, the ‘Draculettes’, entertaining the crowd. As the sun sets, hundreds of excited and delighted guests from all over the world, meet their friends below the suspended skeletons of the castle. A sight well known to Gold Coast locals. Prepare to sacrifice your mortal soul to the delights of Dracula’s Castle… if only for a few hours.

The Theatre
Welcome to the ‘Theatre of the Vampyre’, Dracula’s purpose built theatre auditorium.
This highly detailed, purpose built theatre showcases the talents of some of Australia’s finest performers and musicians. Designed to provide audiences with an experience like no other. Highly elaborate staging combining state of the art lighting and ‘rock concert’ sound systems bombard your senses, yet still provide an intimate cabaret environment.
The seating both in the stalls and dress circle is designed to bestow on all our guests the necessary comfort to wine and dine in style, all with excellent stage sight lines.

Dracula’s Gold Coast is centrally located between Jupiter’s Casino and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre in Broadbeach. This Gothic Castle with a full size surf boat, adorned with skeleton life savers, rocks away on the five story roof buttress.
A short walk from all Broadbeach hotels and apartment accommodation, or a short cab ride from Surfers Paradise. Dracula’s has limited on site car parking and a full sized bus drop off area. Brochures with our map can be collected from The Haunted House attraction in the heart of Surfers. Tickets can also be collected from this location.
